Email invoices should be sent to members soon, if you have questions or difficulty remember that it may take more than two weeks for our volunteers to respond to your requests. Please be patient! When renewing if you need to add Handgun Club make sure to do so before you pay.

Membership renewal starts December 1

As of Dec 1st all new memberships are for 2026, new members will not be able to access the range until January.

Current members should wait for a renewal email from our system.

If you don’t want to renew until later in the year please save the email from our club system. The link can be used to renew or you can login to the membership system.

Range 1 Closed Oct 8

Volunteers are doing maintenance on Range 1, the range will be closed from 10am to 5pm. Range 2 will be open during maintenance. We apologize for the last minute notice, thank you for understanding.

Range 1 Closed July 7-11

Range 1 (200yd range) is closed for necessary maintenance from Monday July 7 to Friday July 11.

Ranges 2 (100yd) & 4 (Handgun Club members) will remain open. If the work is complete and we can re-open Range 1 before Friday it will be posted on the website.

REMINDER – NO FIRES / BURNING PERMITTED

Do not light fires at the club, burning is not allowed at any time (Page 5, Member Responsibilities).

The RM of St. Clements has issued a burn ban as per By-Law 2-2022 effective today April 26 2025, until further notice.

The ban will be in effect for all properties within the RM due to excessive winds and extremely dry conditions, no burning of any kind is permitted.
The whole municipality will be monitored and if required the ban will be amended.

More information can be found on our website. No burning is allowed whatsoever until further notice, which includes; burning in fire pits, discharge of fireworks and burning at the transfer stations.

March 7: 179 Newly Prohibited Firearms

Members may not use prohibited rifles or shotguns at the range, this includes law enforcement members. On Friday March 7 the Liberal government prohibited an additional 179 firearms. Most of these are M1 Carbine rifles.

Please review the lists as these firearms may not be transported to the range. Owners of these firearms are covered by an amnesty for possession that now extends to March 1, 2026, however they may not be transported to the range or used. Membership Renewals Update – Feb 1

As of Feb 1our membership volunteer is working on emails from January 12, so about three weeks behind. All emails will be answered in time, generally in the order they were received.

If your membership has been cancelled, don’t panic. You can renew at any time using the same email address on our website. Remember to add Handgun Club if needed. Thank you for your patience!
